Thousands of cases of hate speech across the country, Supreme Court should effectively curb hate speech Sad Moinuddin Ashraf








Syed Moinuddin Ashraf alias Moin Mian, Sajjadanshin of Kichochha Dargah and National President of All India Sunni Jamiatul Olma, expressed regret over the arrest of Maulana Mufti Salman Azhari in Mumbai by Gujarat Police in alleged hate speech case. Have done.

While talking to media persons on Monday evening at his residence in Baskhari town of the district, Sajjadanshin of Kichochha Dargah, Syed Moinuddin Ashraf said that there are thousands of cases of hate speech across the country these days. This is a very sad and worrying situation for the country.

He also said that the lawyers associated with All India Sunni Jamiatul Olma are investigating whether the alleged statement given by Maulana Mufti Salman Azhari in Gujarat amounts to hate speech or not. Moin Mian stressed that if this case is made out of hate speech, then legal aid will be provided to Maulana Mufti Salman Azhari from All India Sunni Jamiatul Olma.

He has demanded from the Supreme Court of the country that to stop the increasing cases of hate speech in the country, the Supreme Court should take suo motu cognizance of it. He said that efforts are being made to spoil our Ganga-Jamuni culture, this is quite unfortunate.
